The SpaSearch Network works diligently to insure that our network of builders meet our quality standards and agrees to the terms and conditions of the SpaSearch Network Relationship Agreement. Although the SpaSearch Network will work to assist our clients resolve "open issues", we are not responsible in any way for the construction of your swimming pool and/or spa. As a client, YOU assume all responsibility of selecting your pool or spa builder. Further, the SpaSearch Network can not be held responsible for the selection of your builder, project delays, or other issues pertaining to the construction of your swimming pool and/or spa.
Customer Responsibilities:
In using any and all services provided by members of the SpaSearch Network, you acknowledge that the SpaSearch Network is not acting as your pool builder, spa dealer, general contractor, agent, or lawyer. It is your responsibility to select a contractor and to negotiate the terms for any work performed not that of the SpaSearch Network. You should consult with appropriate expert advisers to assist in your home improvements and pool/spa construction, including a lawyer regarding contracts, permits, and other necessary job documentation, and an insurance professional regarding the contractor's and your own insurance coverage requirements.
SpaSearch Network only performs initial screening of contractors' business credit and legal standing based upon specified objective criteria; SpaSearch Network does not
(i) recommend or endorse any specific pool or spa contractor unless specifically stated,
(ii) provide advice on which pool or spa contractor or manufacturer to select, or
(iii) screen contractors' personal credit or legal standing.
SpaSearch Network relies on electronic data provided by third parties and on statements made by contractors and service providers and their references to determine which contractors and service providers to include in our builder network. Due to the inherent time delay in the data gathering process, pending actions or other issues affecting a contractor's record may have occurred which were not captured by the third party data sources used. Unless otherwise specifically stated, SpaSearch Network does not endorse any product or service described in, offered on, or linked to SpaSearch Network web sites.
